Does DebtSquish connect to my bank?
No — and that's on purpose. You enter your debts and payments yourself, which takes seconds and means your banking credentials never leave your bank. DebtSquish is a tracker, not a bank aggregator.
Is my financial data safe?
Your data is stored on your iPhone. DebtSquish doesn't require an account, doesn't upload your balances to our servers, and we never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
What kinds of debts can I track?
Anything with a balance you want to bring to zero: credit cards, car loans, student loans, personal loans, buy-now-pay-later plans, medical bills, or money you owe friends and family.
How do payoff date estimates work?
DebtSquish takes each debt's remaining balance and the monthly amount you plan to pay, and projects the month you'll reach zero. Estimates are a planning aid, not financial advice — interest, fees, and rate changes at your lender can shift the real date.
Can I edit or delete a payment I logged by mistake?
Yes. Open the debt, tap its payment history, and swipe on any entry to edit or delete it. Balances and progress update immediately.
Will my data transfer to a new iPhone?
If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, DebtSquish's data is included in your device backup and restores with your other apps when you set up a new iPhone.
Is DebtSquish free?
DebtSquish is free to download from the App Store. Any optional paid features are always shown clearly inside the app before you're charged anything.
How do I request a feature or report a bug?
